The Cal Poly Adult Degree Program (ADP) offers busy adults the opportunity to earn a Cal Poly Bachelor's Degree while balancing the responsibilities of work, family and community. The program features evening classes on campus and the opportunity to earn credit for prior professional training and learning.

Dietetic Internship

The mission of our internship is to train dietetic interns who will be competent, well-rounded, culturally sensitive individuals and contributing members to the field of dietetics. Upon completing their dietetic internship, students will be qualified to enter clinical dietetics, foodservice management, community programs and to take the registration examination for their RD credential. Cal Poly, SLO Dietetic Internship reflects the University's philosophy of "learn by doing."
