Improve your community and strengthen nonprofit organizations through the new Center for Nonprofit Organization Advancement (NCOA), sponsored by Cal Poly Continuing Education and University Outreach.

The CNOA provides adults age 55+ with the education and training to help them fill meaningful roles as volunteer coordinators or directors of development for local nonprofit organizations.
This certificate program will offer the opportunity on how you can make use of your development volunteers.

Ongoing Resources
NSC will offer ongoing support and resources through quarterly scheduled Volunteer Manager’s Roundtable. This peer-to-peer learning opportunity will be facilitated by a professional in the field.
Evaluation
Each training session will end with time for the applicant to fill out an evaluation. Evaluations will be revewed to assess the program.
